We start by getting to know how you like to travel, your pace, interests, rhythms, and what this trip represents for you. From there, we design an initial narrative of the journey. Places, neighborhoods, experiences, and moments of rest are brought together as a coherent whole rather than a checklist.
We refine the itinerary together until it feels natural and fully aligned with you. Once confirmed, we take care of the orchestration quietly in the background. Reservations, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination are handled so the experience unfolds seamlessly while you travel.

Every journey with SPOTS is designed with intention, but the level of customization depends on the format you choose.
Our Ready to Book journeys begin from a thoughtfully designed foundation. These itineraries are built around a specific theme, rhythm, and point of view, then tailored to your dates, preferences, and travel style. They offer a refined starting point with room for personal touches.
Our Bespoke journeys are created entirely from scratch. We begin with a conversation to understand how you like to travel, what this trip represents, and how you want it to feel. From there, every element is designed around you, from neighborhoods and pacing to dining, culture, and moments of rest.
Both approaches are crafted with the same editorial lens and attention to detail. The difference is simply where the design begins.
All amounts are in USD and reflect our design and planning fees only. Travel costs are paid directly to suppliers.
Personal Journeys
$500 to $1,500
Best for solo travelers or couples, one to three cities.
Family and Multi-City Journeys
$1,500 to $3,000
Best for families or extended itineraries across two to five cities.
Team, Executive, and Milestone Journeys
$3,000 to $8,000
Best for team offsites, leadership travel, celebrations, and journeys that mark an important moment.
Pricing varies based on destination, complexity, length of travel, and the level of customization involved.
We recommend booking 3 months ahead for peak seasons (summer, Fashion Weeks, and holidays) to secure the best accommodations and experiences. For off-peak travel, 2-3 months is typically sufficient.
Your planning fee covers the full design and orchestration of your journey.
We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand how you like to travel, what this trip represents, and how you want it to feel. From there, we curate hotels, neighborhoods, dining, culture, experiences, and pacing with intention, shaping them into a coherent itinerary rather than a standard route or template.
Once the journey is confirmed, we quietly handle reservations, timing, and coordination so the experience unfolds seamlessly. Before departure, you receive a complete travel brief with practical guidance and local context. While you travel, we remain available to adjust plans or resolve anything unexpected in the background.
After the journey, we note your preferences and feedback to inform future travel and assist with any outstanding items related to your bookings.
What’s not included
- Flights, hotels, meals, activities, or third-party services. These are booked on your behalf and paid directly to suppliers.
- Travel insurance, which we recommend arranging separately.
If your plans shift, we step in quietly.
Before bookings are finalized, we review all cancellation and change policies with you so everything is clear. Once confirmed, airline, hotel, and vendor terms apply and vary by provider.
If you need to adjust your itinerary before or during your trip, we handle the coordination in the background. We work to reroute days, secure alternatives, and resolve any issues so your experience remains intact.
Our planning fee reflects the design and orchestration of your journey and is not refundable once the itinerary has been confirmed. Any refunds from suppliers are processed according to their individual policies.
