4. Final Booking: Once you approve the itinerary, we apply a service fee (5-10% of total trip cost, minus the planning deposit) and secure all reservations.
5. Pre-Trip: Your travel planner conducts a detailed briefing with essential trip information and remains available 24/7 throughout your stay.
