Osteria Gòto

The new cool kid in the 11ᵉ, Osteria Gòto is where you go when you're in the know. “Gòto” is Venetian for glass—slang for a glass of wine, but also a symbol: an empty vessel waiting to be filled with liquid, with words, with the warmth of old and new friendships.

The menu is rooted in cicchetti—crostini, polenta, carpaccios—small plates made for sharing, paired with a sharp selection of natural wines from across Italy. The space is warm, wood-lined, softly lit. Unfussy, but quietly intentional.

Open for dinner Monday–Saturday (18:30–23:00) and lunch Wednesday–Saturday (12:15–14:00). Find it at 151 bd Voltaire, near Charonne metro. Book ahead—or slip in early and let the night unfold, one glass at a time.
