2. Personalized Itinerary Planning (5 business days): Within 5 business days, you'll receive your personalized travel plan featuring accommodations, activities, and transportation. This includes two rounds of refinements.
3. Finalize Booking: Once you approve the itinerary, we’ll secure all reservations and coordinate the details exactly as planned at no extra service charge.
4. Pre-Trip: We will conduct a detailed briefing with essential trip information and remains available 24/7 throughout your stay.

We recommend booking 3-4 months ahead for peak seasons (summer, Fashion Weeks, and holidays) to secure the best accommodations and experiences. For off-peak travel, 2-3 months is typically sufficient.

We understand plans change. Please contact us immediately to discuss any modifications. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, modification fees may apply depending on supplier policies and timing of the request.

Since each itinerary is custom-made, cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, and vendor. We will explain all cancellation terms before finalizing your bookings. Our service fee is not refundable after confirmation.
