Café Verlet

Website

Café Verlet, located at 256 Rue Saint-Honoré, is one of Paris’s oldest coffee institutions. Founded in 1880 as a gourmet grocer and coffee roaster, the shop became a coffee salon in the early 20th century. Known as the oldest artisanal coffee roastery still operating in Paris, Verlet imports and roasts high-quality Arabica beans from around the world. The historic shop includes a first-floor salon where visitors can drink coffee or tea alongside pastries in a setting that preserves much of its Belle-Époque character.
