Tucked away in the Marais, Petite Île blends Taiwanese craftsmanship with French baking traditions. Run by former designers Gia and Poh Suan, this artisanal bakery has become a local favorite. Their innovative fusion creates unique offerings — classic French pastries share space with matcha-braided brioche and black sesame chocolate treats. The duo's talent earned them a spot on Taiwan's winning team at the 2022 World Cup of Baking, and even Belleville's cult favorite café Mardi sources their sourdough from them.
