Joe's Pizza
Since 1975, Joe’s Pizza has been a Greenwich Village institution and one of New York’s most iconic pizzerias. Founded by Joe Pozzuoli, an Italian immigrant from Naples, it built its reputation on doing one thing exceptionally well: the classic New York slice. Thin, foldable, crisp at the edge yet chewy in the center, it’s the standard against which all others are measured.
Beloved by locals, tourists, and celebrities alike, Joe’s has expanded to several locations, but the original Village shop still carries the charm of a true neighborhood joint.
