Sant' Eustachio Caffè
Founded in 1938 near the Pantheon, Sant’Eustachio il Caffè is a Roman institution celebrated for its signature Gran Caffè and thick, caramel-colored crema. Beans are roasted in-house over wood fire, sourced from small cooperatives across Brazil, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. Consistently featured in the Michelin Guide and international publications, it represents the city’s enduring coffee ritual.
