Caché

True to its French name meaning "hidden," Caché nestles deep within the Villa Riberolle courtyard, a 19th-century industrial heritage site. Run by husband-and-wife team Lorenza Lenzi and Gianpaolo Polverino, who transitioned from PR and fashion backgrounds, their refined taste shows in everything from location to design. A stone-paved path leads to the entrance, creating an otherworldly atmosphere. Inside, natural light bathes red brick walls and marble tables, crafting a space both sophisticated and inviting.

Drawing inspiration from France's fresh catches and seasonal ingredients, the restaurant offers a unique perspective. As someone raised in Taiwan, where seafood is a daily staple, I love seeing French chefs reinterpret familiar fish and seafood dishes through Western techniques and presentation.
