Located in a contemporary art gallery in the Marais, Pluto offers a distinctive dining experience where food meets art. Chef Thomas Coupeau (formerly of We Are Ona and Cloche) has teamed up with two childhood friends to create this unique concept. The space features custom wooden furnishings and sleek Danish Frama chairs, complementing the rotating art exhibitions that surround diners.

The setting isn't the only artistic element - Coupeau's menu shows similar creative flair. Classic French cuisine gets an inventive Asian twist: you'll find a well-crafted pissaladière alongside vibrant seasonal salads, while innovative fusion dishes (like their shepherd's pie with mapo tofu) keep the menu exciting. As day turns to night, Pluto transitions smoothly from brunch spot to cozy café, then transforms into a wine bar where Paris's creative crowd gathers.
