Restaurant La Halle aux Grains

Perched on the third floor of the historic Bourse de Commerce-Pinault Collection, La Halle aux Grains offers a unique dining experience that honors the building's heritage as Paris's former grain market.

Under the direction of Michel and Sebastien Bras, the restaurant serves innovative cuisine centered on grains and seeds from around the world, skillfully blending tradition with modern culinary artistry.

The interior evokes refined comfort through thoughtful material choices and lighting. Delicate guipure curtains create subtle divisions while maintaining openness, complemented by wool-felt armchairs and raw cotton carpets. The restaurant's circular design follows the building's architecture, offering two stunning views: the historic rotunda with its restored painted decorations inside, and a spectacular panorama of Paris outside—including Saint-Eustache church and Centre Pompidou.
